Self-Myofascial Release Class Release tension. Restore balance. Reconnect with your body. Join us for a guided Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) session designed to help you ease tight muscles, improve movement, and enhance recovery using simple tools and techniques. In this class, you’ll learn how to use a roller, massage ball, and Theracane to target common areas of tension throughout the body. No experience is needed—this class is suitable for all levels. Our instructor will guide you step-by-step through safe, effective methods to release fascia and improve mobility. Tools: Foam rollers (PVC or pool noodle- cut to size), massage balls, and Theracanes are provided for use during class. Spare tools are also available for purchase if you’d like to continue your practice at home.
