1:1 Functional Patterns Training Session Train smarter. Move pain-free. Continue your progress with individualised one-on-one training designed specifically for your body and goals. Guided by a Certified Functional Patterns Human Biomechanics Specialist, each session builds upon your initial consultation to address the root causes of pain and imbalance through precise, corrective movement. Using advanced techniques and functional training principles, you’ll develop strength, coordination, and mobility that translate into better movement—and a pain-free life. In these sessions, you will: Refine and progress your personalised corrective exercises Improve posture, gait, and movement efficiency Build functional strength and stability Learn to train without pain or compensation Please note: These sessions are available only to clients who have completed an Initial Consultation and Movement Assessment.
