MYO & Movement Class Release tension. Rebuild movement. Restore balance. This 60-minute class combines the best of myofascial release and corrective exercise to help you move better and feel your best. The first half focuses on Self-Myofascial Release (MYO) using rollers and massage balls to ease tight fascia, reduce tension, and improve mobility. The second half transitions into functional corrective movement, where you’ll learn how to strengthen, stabilize, and realign your body for optimal performance and posture.
