Service Description

Pre-requisite: Need to have 1 on 1 - Initial Consult to participate in this class. Duration: 45 minutes Train the way your body was designed to move. This dynamic group fitness class focuses on building strength, stability, and mobility through the Functional Patterns training method. Using tools such as free weights, cable machines, slam balls, and kettlebells, you’ll learn to move with purpose—enhancing posture, coordination, and everyday performance. Each session integrates compound movements, rotational patterns, and corrective exercises to help you develop real-world strength, prevent injuries, and improve overall body mechanics. Beginner to intermediate—our instructors will guide you through proper technique and offer progressions or modifications to match your fitness level.
